You can filter or dynamically aggregate a matrix and then only save the values that are displayed.
1. Filter or aggregate the matrix.

2. On the toolbar of the Matrix editor window, click the 
Save to file symbol.
A message is displayed. Decide whether you want to save the entire matrix or only part of it, namely the values currently displayed.
3. Click the View button.
The Save matrix window opens.
4. Continue as if you were saving a matrix (Saving a Visum matrix to a file).
The partial matrix is saved. For aggregated matrices, the name and value of the aggregation attribute are also output.
